Dear Colleagues,

The COVID-19 Pandemic, which started late in 2019 and still keeps on even today in 2021, has significantly affected every field of life in an adverse manner worldwide and even brought some fields of life to a standstill. Nevertheless, our daily life must go on and it is out of question that the scientific life stops or slows down. If science stops, then life stops.

Therefore, we are pleased to organize the Health Sciences University International Gynaecology and Neonatal Congress-2021 and honoured to invite you to our congress with a view to paying our debt back to humanity to some extent and to exchange knowledge and experience throughout this difficult time.

Main theme of our Congress is “Knowledge must be shared even though the world stops!”

With your contribution as well as that of our keynoters and moderators who are among the leading figures of their respective fields with their vast knowledge and experience, we will try to shed light on interesting and controversial topics in fields of gynaecology and neonatal medicine in our Congress.

Online and virtual congresses have become a part of our scientific and professional life throughout the pandemic during which we have already adapted to many different living conditions we were not used to before at all. Official languages of our Congress will be English and Turkish while simultaneous interpretation will also be available in Russian, English and Arabic.

We will also organize comprehensive courses by which we will be able to strengthen our actual clinical practical reflexes with simulation techniques and video presentations.

We dedicate our Congress, which will start on the 18^th of March, the Çanakkale Victory and Martyrs’ Day, to the mothers and spouses of all our martyrs and veterans who defended our country at the cost of their lives; and we kindly invite you to the Health Sciences University International Gynaecology and Neonatal Congress-2021 to be held on 18-21 March 2021 in hopes of seeing each other and enjoying our exchange of knowledge face to face.
